I have read up all i can and I know bid was not won until december 2010, so bids for contract work would not of been put out yet.
She they are asking for £15,000 english money so they can get paid $8.5 million?
Any future help would be of help to me she also told me she knocked a boy down who has since died and needs money to pay police and family but i can find on trace of this in your local papers.
