as of last sunday,this is what i got from my friends working in car showrooms, it is no longer necessary for an noc from a sponsor to purchase a car be it 2nd hand or brand new.same goes for the driving license,no more noc needed. if u want to confrim what i mentioned above just call any car dealer.half the people on ql have no idea abt most of the things going on around them. cheers
