Clarification there is no such VISA type in Qatar(freelancer) even though you could buy it; but in the end you could be in trouble (jail??trial??) be careful!!

And as per the latest news anyone trading/selling/buying visas (Illegal activity) will be held accountable and high fines and prosecution is just the begining.
