My friends who live in Riviera say the place is infested with them.    Another funny?  thing is that 2 years ago a gigantic hole was dug in the ground next to the clubhouse.   They were to build more apartments there, but the owner backed out.   The hole is still there and blocks the main road.   You have to detour all over the place to get anywhere in the compound.
