MashAllah DG.. I hope to raise my own children to stick to what they believe despite the consequences! As free choice is very important. What I wish to ingrain in them is that every choice they make has both positive as well as negative consequences. Some that we may not sometimes see! Allahu Alim. and I hope they will have the ability to analyse themselves and choose carefully! So I guess the mind should be used and the end decision lies with the heart. If that makes any sense at all!
