Well I could offer 2 bed, 2 baths, 1 guest toilet, small outside, 8,000QR. Very close to the airport and the Mall. It is however not a villa but more of a bungalow. So there would be no separate room for a driver. But freestanding nontheless.

But I'll be honest with you, that's about as good as it gets for 8,000 per month.
