probably u will be able to get tourist visa to come in. you may get business visa, also possible to come in...(not sure abt it, please check), however, to keep working you can work 3 months and go out of Qatar, renew visa, then again come back in.... for two years.

working on business is not legal but many companies have expats working for them on this procedures, which are almost unchecked.
