there is a cute, stand alone villa near my home here in Al Nasser two bed, free standing but 14k, i will arrange it for you if you like, or let me find the number and i will PM it to you and talk to Ahmad, he was the one i spoke when i was looking for a villa also. It is just a walk away from bookshop, restaurants, gym, supermarket, bus stop and taxi stand, bank etc.
