In a roundabout a person wishing to go right should never enter in the left-most lane. Secondly, as per traffic rules a person cannot change lanes once he has entered a roundabout. So, in your accident, the fault is not yours.
However what I have noticed in Qatar, is that traffic rules and disciplined driving are not followed as diligently as in the U.A.E.
