There was a time and still is in some areas that Karwa taxis are hard to find even if you call their hot line. I own a car but when it goes for regular service, Karwa taxis are very very unreliable, some of them dont even know the streets in Qatar.
Every one here is come to earn a living for what ever reason. - How much they earn is their good fortune.
Every one has a problem, even the Karwa drivers have complaints, we have to live with it and make the best of what we have.
