Food is great in Mexico  - better beaches - i know some right hidden gems of pyramids if you hired a car.... oh no now i want to go back!

Belize is funky cultural with beaches and pyramids and jungle and rum 4 u!

u could still do Cuba by flying from Cancun.

I took my mum to Egypt for a week (my second visit) great sucess.... 1 week Luxor 4 * hotel rtn Manchester 171 quid each.... can't say better than that.
