With over 400 faces on the books... we can't chase everyone up to give us their recent pics.. but we usually say when we first take the shots, that they must not be more than 3 to 6 months old. Then we leave it up to the individual to keep us updated. Perhaps that wasn't clarified at the time.
We still have lots going on, but as you can tell, the advertising right now is a little slow around - I notice a lot of repeat ads in the papers... and on the bill boards.
