at souq waqif. i love birds. back in the philippines, if you really want a very fluent talking bird,i recommend that you buy "maynah". yesterday,i visited souq waqif again hoping i will be able to buy a "pet"...as usual i inquired on birds displayed at the shops. one of the shop owners told me that "maynah" can be bought for 3000qr. i said its quite expensive(in the philippines i only bought it for approximately 350qr). "parots" compared to "maynah" are more colorful and attractive, however, if you are really looking for a "talking" bird...i recommend that you rather buy a "maynah".
