novi it wasnt me that started with this whole licking episode :) lovinni just chill there are always the bad days at work and then there are the good dont let this get to your head it will affect your work. I go through this same thing sometimes but i find the best way to deal with it is to just ignore the matter all together. you know what ur capable of good or bad...and thats what should matter in the end.
