if good compensation is what u r seeking, then difficult to get in any Indian School, but otherwise u r good, u can get lot of tutions, if that might interest u... the very basic difference is that, for some people 3000 is good enuf, but for few 3000 is just kept aside for traffic fines... so do not compare with others... what do u seek from ur salary .. ur happiness or families..??
