as far as i know, u can stay for three months after the expiry date of ur visa IF you will renew it BUT if you will not renew might as well leave after 1 week of expiry (EXPIRY FINE: i think if working visa - u need to pay 10 rials per day; if business visa or other visa 200 rials per day).
