It is very difficult to find good wind chimes in Qatar. But you can try Homecenter etc. But the problem is in Qatar most of the time it is too hot to open the windows to let the natural breeze in your room. Without any natural movement in air the wind chimes are useless.
But if you have a window AC you can put it infront of the window AC. But I guess it would then be a periodic motion and the sound wouldn't be random as in the case of natural breeze!
