Question is perfect, but subject of discusseion is pathetic, any place u go, u will find disparity. even the brand new building looks in bad shape. there is no concept of proper ventillation or natural lighting in the building... u pay more for anything from bad to worse...

just my thoughts, there cud be better from others...
