Try reading the whole message on the conditions for that fare/rate being given/offered by the site. Ussually there is an explanation on what charges are being covered in that rate and which charges will be aside from that.

Also, once the Hotel as been selected there should a title similar to Hotel Policies in which some more details on costs, cancellations, etc are provided. Just look for it.

When I did my booking there were no additional charges as to what was presented; however and once again that will deped upon the country/hotel and their own policies.
