For what you are earning in Kerala, and looking at your offer, I think it's worth considering it. But please take note of the advice given by other QL members as to living conditions, inflation, etc. I happen to meet a guy from India who was earning Rs10,000 per month in India and accepted a job here (construction industry) for only QR1,200 (would it translate to Rs12,000?) and is regretting taking up the offer.
One word of caution: You should ignore all future promises by the employer i.e. family allowance(after one year), etc. Wha is important is what is being offered NOW.... there's every chance that your employer might not provide any extras apart from what is provided in the written contract.
