My dear, as said by another reader, first you must
be clear in your message, its very vague, however your
profile says you are a networking tech, for which the
offer is reasonable which again depends on ur experience.
But, I don't understand that why a Qatar based Co., to
indicate that benefits are as per UAE laws etc., We have
our own labor dept., with uniform laws, with that every expatriate is well protected as far as employment.
Read the offer letter once again and recheck with them.
