Hi, I am a certified fitness instructor,I did my training in UK prior to moving out here. According to your profile,you are a Qatari,do you not know someone who might be able to advise you? I'd suggest going along to one of the bigger gyms and asking.
I assume that there must be some sort of training program for native Qataris that aren't open to us expats!
