when they state that u have to pay 50%, it implies only for brand new sapre parts from the dealership.used and commercial parts (duplicates) are not charged for.and for the part on going to court,long process.remember ur car will not be repaired till the case is over.might take abt a year or more. finally what will happen is, the insurance company will write off your car.i suggest you ask the garage to look for duplicates or used parts and if they are not able to find any ,go back to the insurance and negotiate on the deductable.all the best
