tearstosmile - i already have the lenses.  got 2 of them in thailand along with the body (cheap cheap cheap) and amazon had a great deal on the third lense a while back.

qatman - i'm looking for one bad for everything - baby is coming so i want easy access/portability to capture all the moments for the grandparents.

BTW - any idea why cameras and lenses are so expensive here?  i would have thought that customs duty is low here.
