I think it depends on which type of consultancy work one is involved, but I do agree with you AQUILA, there are quite a number of so called "consultant" involved in significant projects,and yet are lacking in experiences to handle such amount of work as expected from him. I think the reason for these has to do with economics, consultancy companies tend to hire engineers on a lower salary scale because of fierce competition in getting projects. So what would one expect? Maybe we could not also discount the fact that all of us here are just on contract, and some of us are "just riding the tide" so to speak and does not really input the best in everything that we do>>>>
