If you are under father sponsorship (family status) there is no need for an exit permit (to my knowledge). You can go in & out as many times as you want (or as many times as your parents allow you to)

However if your employer is your sponsor (and is not your dad) yes you need to get an exit permit. And in this case only the approved person from the sponsor can process the paperwork to get an EP. You can not do it on your own.
