There's no better advice other than eat healthily and exercise - exercise is the best thing to weightloss, and don't torture yourself over not eating, just be healthy, and if you want something have it in moderation, as with exercise you can maintain a healthy steady weightloss ... and green tea :) (speeds up metabolism)
