To get a liquor license the most important thing is, you have to be a non-muslim.
Secondly, you will have to produce a no objection certificate from your company clearly stating that they have no objection in you being issued a liquor permit (of course the salary you draw matters)

Go to QDC (Qatar Distribution Company) and get the required forms.
