when my car had to be repaired (i dint cause the accident), the insurance co. gave me the address and ph. no of some sh**ty a*s garage that i was supposed to go to.... they dont give you any choice in this... take it or leave it :( they usually give it to the cheapest garage they can get.....and insurance wont cover it if you go to your own preferred garage.... hate having to do this when its not even your fault!!
