i agree with what you say about everyone needing to understand the religions of others.
but, do you not think that the charities here who only give to muslim countries are not following your advice? would it not help more if qatar charity at least offered qataris the option of givin in non-muslim countries?
my wife worked for an international charity in Canada. they sent money to many countries, muslim and non-muslim. donors in Canada were made aware of problems all over the world, and by donating to muslim countries they would get updates about what was being done with their money - and by extension they were learning more about the muslims in the country.
understanding the religion and cultures of others takes more than empty words, and when it comes to helping people of all faiths, i think your charities are not doing a good job.
