Qatari saying that if people want to give money to charity is up to them is not the question here...why do muslims have a rule on everything? Are muslims not supposed to help non muslims, is there a rule saying that? Isnt charity meant to help people, regardless of religion? if there's a rule that QC should help only muslim countries then there should be a rule to accept charity only from muslims too!
Why dont they ask for blood donations only from muslims too? if blood is the same then i dont see how money differs?
