Based on my experience here in the Middle east, the only posssible solution for such situation is "to resign immediately from your present employer while RP is not yet process but you'll have to bear all the COSTS impose by your employer then go back to your home country then start again processing your return to a new employer which should give you a full support of the whole process". Likewise a friend of mine, since the cost is too much for him he decided to continue and aim to finish his 2yrs contract. Definitely, you will not be a losser if you continue with your present employer as long as your are treated as human being. At the end of the month, you will have your salary for your family. May God will guide you...
