they cant block stolen handsets?? lol thats a joke right? useless telephone company..anyways i think, if you have your IMEI no. and if Q-tel doesnt have the ability to block it then perhaps you can contact someone frm the handset manafacture company i think they too should be able to deactivate the phone.
