My wife has a similar boss in the personal financial services division of the world's local bank. She does not know what she is supposed to do.... neither her subordinates know what is to be done..... so dont worry.. everyone has one of those kind of bosses... just talk to them back and make them understand that u know what you are doing and you are not fools like them.....
