SAP is a very vast technology. You need a consultancy first to know which SAP technology you are interested in. Regarding the JOBS in gulf: Yes there are many opportunities in gulf for SAP.
I am working as SAP consultant in Doha, Qatar and was working in Dubai earlier on SAP. I can assure you once you get certifications you just need some work experience and there you go!!
In case you are looking for certified program you may need to do it online or may be from some other country. Other than that if you need beginning or consultancy skills I can advice some consultants with huge experience working here. Thanks!
