I think the problem seems to be acquiring a working visa for female specially for a certain nationality because they have to seek first an approval to labour department to obtain a working visa same what happen to my friend whose been hired by a company here in doha its better to check with your company HR whats keeping your papers pending hope it helps. goodluck
