According to the new rule  you have to pay the transfer fee Qrls. 500  for each passport . The fee is not for the cancelation it is acctually for the transfer . I hope it helps . and it is a better option other wise your family have to travell outside Qatar and you know it would cost you much more than 2000 . ;-)  better spend Qrls. 2000 . You dont have a choice .
