Shouldnt it be the other way round??? tip 30 to 50 to a waiter who earns less and tip 5 to a waiter who earns alot... sounds fair to me :/...

Oh well I tip at the gas stations, those people really work hard and get less paid with 12 hours of work. They truely deserve the tip.

It's always the small things that make big differences.
