Here I think when the new company applies for visa,there is chances for it to get rejected. Also if he is transferring to RP under the same sponsor,he can pay Qrs 500 to get visa transfer without exit. But if he is in different sponsor,may be he need to leave the country and come back.

Also the new company has to have a visa and need to spare for him
