We have a Hitachi bread making machine. Please note all the bread making recipes require a quantity of sugar to be added, which helps in the fermentation process. So even what you bake at home would be (over)sweet.

Instead you can try Q-Bake bread, since they have specifically stated 'no sugar added.'
