I know "what" it means.....it just amazes me how sometimes people try to use it for appointements, contractual commitments, etc...

And yes it seems my company did not do it's job during the recruitment, though in fairness we do not test every potential employee on all the software they claim to be familiar with.....falsifying CVs is a HUGE no no in Canada.
