It is a Global occurence, and I didn't mean to imply that it was purely a middle eastern phenomenon...it just seems more prevalent here? or maybe its just my frustration with my current employment spilling over into the thread

You were also right to say I need some time off with my family.....yesterday my baby took her first steps and I missed it.....luckily my wife got it on camera and I got to see her doing it again this morning before I came in to work.
