I have been to elegance salon once and my eyebrows were they best they have ever been and I went again in early september and they made my eyebrows two different shapes!!! Anyone know of a saloon were they do eyebrows but as exotika says don't make them too thin. I would like to ask for a specific person when I go so the same thing doesn't happen again. where exactly is this J&J place???
