jesegeo, the procedure of placement an ad is first Click classified then press + Add classified ad now select a category e.g. Mobile phone….You’ll see a page for writing model, type of phone, price & description & all fields to be filled….then click preview if you satisfied with the preview result then click Save

but, as you mentioned ‘it says that it is available only for people in Qatar’
