I agree with Baldrick

You are Indian, therefore you cannot sponsor an Indian servant. Not possible to have same nationality.

You also will probably find that you can only sponsor a maid of another nationality if you are married, your wife is living here with you and has her RP and you are both working !!

You should be able to hire one hourly from an agency though, but not to live in.
