dont you think its good for the women becoz even if she cause blunder in her job the employer cannot do anything to the women because she is under her husband sponsership.
on the other hand if husband came on his wife sponsership he can search for a job can have a seprate resident permit under his new employer sponsership.
This make no diffrence in my opinion and i think its a privilage given to the women by qatari leadership.
