I'd suggest the Vuze client
download it off Vuze.com and add torrent templates( pm me and i'll send you the templates).

The advantage of using Vuze is : you can simultaneously search for your queries in multiple torrent sites.
I use this so I can download the healthiest torrent available for, say a soap across several torrent websites!

And Vuze has full manual control over seeding and upload speeds (though I dont recommend dialing down your upload speeds- unethical!)
