work visa gets renewed for 5 years, not for 1 year. You are probably talking about your Residence permit, which is renewable every time for 1 year. You need to fill application, to get it stamped by your company and signed by the autorized person and to submit it to the immigration dept. Done.
To renew a Work visa (once a 5 years) is more complicated.
