so long as your saudi visa is valid and your dependents( wife and kids) have a valid saudi visa, you will get a visa on arrival( you must check your profession on the Iqama) not all categories are permitted on arrival.
This will also depend upon your nationality, some nationalities are given visa on arrival irrespective of their GCC residence status.
