Bank will give u the clearance letter if you have settled the loan in full. You need the clearance letter & the insurance to be transferred to new owner's name prior to go to the traffic. Both buyer & seller id card also required. The form for trasfering the vehicle can be done at the traffic office. Typists are available near to the traffic dept. office.
